GLS Couriers
If the order is made before 11am on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 2-3 working days. If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery. Please leave a comment when checking out if you would like the courier to leave your parcel somewhere at your address eg in your porch/ bin or with a neighbour. Please note we are not at fault should the parcel go missing. GLS Couriers do not deliver on the weekend or a bank holiday. If we do not have a product or flavour in stock we will contact you to see if you’d like a refund or to take an alternative product or flavour. If you do not receive your order within two working days after dispatch, please call us on 091 771122
REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. If the product is opened we will offer you a 50% refund on the price of the product. Please email [email protected] prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website. We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do our best to provide you with quality supplements so please email us with any queries/problems you might have.
